If you don't know what to get, order the fried rice with chicken basil (level 2 spicy unless you want a little more, 5 being the hottest). Also get the fried tofu and Thai iced tea. I don't like tofu, but never had it fried and it was pretty great actually! The fried rice was the best I've ever had.....and the tea....WOW. I'm so glad that I didn't pass it up! Prices are high and well worth it. The food is wonderfully authentic and absolutely delicious with big portions! People on here weren't joking when they said this IS the best food in New York. Parking: Free street parking if you can find it!
The Best Thai Food I Ever Had.Great service too.
My favorite place to eat in Rochester! The nicest staff and seriously some of the best thai food I've eaten in the states.
Amazing food and excellent service. They are so respectful as they serve your food. Thanks.
I had more than one bad experience at ThaiWhatada. The food was mostly brine. Their pad thai noodles were bland. Instead of apologizing to me, I was cursed and chased out of their restaurant for quietly expressing my displeasure with the extremely salty food they served me. Try elsewhere in Rochester for a better authentic Thai cuisine experience and customer service
Everything was amazing. A little smokey inside so I'm not sure if I would stay to eat if you're sensitive. But the food and service were amazing. Also the portions were big so get stuff and share.
Delicious food, big portions and kind service:) I ordered the spring rolls and house special fried rice. Highly recommend it here!
OH MY GOD, I LOVE THIS PLACE SO MUCH. EVERY TIME I GO TO ROCHESTER NEW YORK I HAVE TO STOP BY. IT'S LITERALLY THE BEST THAI FOOD IN NEW YORK! The food here is very authentic, it's the taste of Thailand. I've been to Thailand 2 times, but I kid you not the food here tasted better!! The food was quick and the service was nice. Yall need to go try, I highly recommend it!!!!!!!
Absolutely enchanting experience at the Thai restaurant! From the moment we stepped in, the ambiance was welcoming and kind. The menu boasted an array of authentic Thai dishes, each a symphony of flavors that danced on our taste buds. The Pad Thai was a revelation, with the perfect balance of sweet, sour, and spicy notes. The Green Curry was a fragrant masterpiece, and the Tom Yum soup left us craving for more. Impeccable service and a warm, inviting atmosphere made this culinary adventure truly stellar. Highly recommend for anyone seeking an exquisite Thai dining experience!
