A wee gem. You don't expect such good food in a shopping centre environment. Service was very good too - and a big plus - we weren't rushed. Vegetarian options: Spoiled for choice.
Food & drinks really nice..but very overpriced.
I've been here a few times. Great selection of tasty Thai food. Although this is in Silverburn, if you are given a table at the back, it has a bit more atmosphere and less passers-bys than the other restaurants in the vicinity
Seats were hard, cold, and uncomfortable, so review marked down to 4 stars. The food was great value for money, very tasty, but could have had a bit more curry sauce on the Katso Curry to help soak up the chicken and rice, it may be that the sauce got trapped in the nice textured 'leave' plates. Defo dine here again, when its a bit warmer, and we can get a comfortable cushioned seat. Parking: Parked in outdoor parking provided for Silverburn Shopping Mall. Wheelchair accessibility: Good wheelchair access.
Hands down the best green curry I've had in the UK. amazing. Spicy and not intrusively sweet as so many faux Thai places . Will be back . Almost licked the bowl .
Attended a cookery class this morning, we both thoroughly enjoyed the experience, well worth it. Cannot give less than 5 stars as although cooked and ate our own food the whole experience was fantastic. Highly recommend and will return.
I love this restaurant at Silverburn Shopping Center. It serves authentic tasting Thai food at a reasonable price and in a lovely calm atmosphere. The staff serving us were lovely and attentive to our needs - but not in an intrusive way. The music was in the background which allowed conversation. I've only been here twice, once before Covid and again a couple of days ago and the food and quality of service has been perfect for me on both occasions. I will be returning again soon to Thaikhun to remind myself of the beautiful flavors of Thailand. Vegetarian options: Most dishes gave the option to add meat or leave it as vegetarian. The menu was clear on the dishes that only contained meat. Parking: It's in a shopping center so parking is freely available but you may have to walk some distance depending on where you park. Do not park in the Tesco parking area. Kid-friendliness: A lovely children's menu with both Thai and western food options. It includes a drink and a selection of ice creams Wheelchair accessibility: It's on the ground floor and has space to accommodate wheelchairs .
It's a solid 7/10 we experience. Nice staff and no wait to get in on a Friday. Good vegan options.
