We have always loved the food here, the egg rolls are large and are served fresh and hot! 2 make a meal in itself. Great menu choices and the staff is wonderful, polite and professional. Parking can be tight if you have a full size vehicle, exiting back to the highway requires a drive through a gas station. Well worthwhile!

My wife and I had a great experience; the food and service were extremely good!! I travel across the country quite a bit and I can certify that this restaurant delivers one of the best Thai food that I have tried. Keep doing it!!

I will probably have to try them again another time. Ordered takeout and was shocked by it being done in less than 5 minutes. Maybe I got an already cooked order or something but the noodles were bland with no spice (ordered medium)

The Thai food here is the best that we have had in CO so far and the people are really nice too. If you are jonesing for some good Thai and haven't been able to find an authentic restaurant, Thai Mint gets about as close as you can in CO. We always come here when we come down to shop from Castle Rock.

This dining experience was the first time for us at Thai Mint Restaurant. Good food. Not great food. A little bland and a little shallow in flavor profile. Don't confuse this with criticism of spice level, but rather a comment on lack of complexity in recipe.

This place is one of my favorite thai places in the springs! The Shumai here are delicious! I'm also a huge fan of the chicken satay and the cucumber salad is so refreshing. I ordered the massaging curry with shrimp and enjoyed every bite!

Yummy food, good service.

Ordered takeout and it was terrible. Ordered mild yellow curry and it was so spicy I couldn’t eat it. The chicken spring rolls were also bland and gross.
