We drove 20 min out of our way to eat here. Came in and waited 10 min to even see a host.. didn't even get seated. Every table was dirty and I didn't see any servers around. Even the people behind us left. They lost a lot of business for their laziness today
The service was great Wheelchair accessibility: Tables and bathrooms are wheelchair accessible.
We live in West Chester and frequent this location often, but usually only for happy hour at the bar. Today, my mom and I sat at a booth for an early dinner. Laura was our waitress. She was absolutely phenomenal! Our tater tot appetizer and chicken sandwich were DELICIOUS! The service was superb. If you visit this location, request Laura! She provided exceptional service and was so polite. Great location for drinks and dinner!
I didn't expect to spend a small mint on supper... alas, I did. The burger was a charcoal briquette, and yest still somewhat pink in the middle. The French fries tasted ok. However, they were quite soft. The BBQ chicken wings were cooked well. However, the BBQ sauce didn't have much flavor due to too much liquid smoke in the sauce. The "salsa" on the dip tray was crushed tomatoes with chili powder, and the guacamole tasted more like onions than avocado. For the price I paid, I could have received at least 1 1/2 times more food, and it would have tasted better from a different restaurant. Sadly, this used to be a good place to eat with decent prices.
Our waitress was excellent and our good was excellent, thank you!!
Server was nice, food was hot and timely served
An excellent waitress and chef, yet artificial nutrients. Please make organic mandatory and keep up the great civilization. In addition, please play Oldies, Rock, and Jazz; Pop is boring. Dietary restrictions: Some gluten to wheat-free, but not much. Kid-friendliness: Quite tolerant. Wheelchair accessibility: Same floor and double doors.
