TGI Fridays

This location opens at 11:00 am so we get there around 11:40. There few people seated from what we can tell. We waited at the front door/desk for 10 min to be seated, no one came to seat us…and there was nobody to talk to. We left

We ordered delivery through Grubhub and my son always orders the whiskey burger with fries. Unfortunately 3 hours later after eating the burger and fries he ended up in the bathroom all night. I called the restaurant that evening and spoke to Celina the Mgr on duty and she didn't even ask my name. She only said she would let the general Mgr know in the morning and maybe I should take my son to the hospital. No apologies and no real concern. The next day I called and spoke to the General Mgr named Francisc. He basically just apologized and told me that they serve a lot of burgers and no one else has complained. He didn't offer to do anything for us and basically said that it usually takes 24 hours if it's food poisoning, which I disagreed with since I've worked as a Mgr. for a very big restaurant chain in Chicago, and I know that you can get sick 3 hours after eating food that is contaminated. Nevertheless, I don't think we'll be ordering food from this TGI Friday's again.

I went here and the food was great! Too bad the one in Valparaiso IN closed!

Our drinks had ants in them called customer service never heard anything from restaurant staff/manager not even an apology!

Service was excellent and food pretty good. Not overly crowded at lunch.

I don’t leave bad reviews ever but me and my son stood by the hostess stand for 20 minutes without a greeting along with 3 other parties waiting to be seated. Now I have compassion for them lacking employees but the manager should have been in the front seating people. Not busing tables. Huge fail.

Just had a few beers for a friends b'day.
