A VERY LOYAL CUSTOMER , Check my orders i either eat in , take out or place an online order for delivery & most of the times i never have an issue but today when i choose to do an online order for delivery is when i have a problem , i placed the order & as you all no it doesn’t give you an option to add extra wing sauce or rib sauce (remember delivery order) so i contact the restaurant & ask the manager who answered the phone (Feb 6 , 2024 around 4:45pm) could she add a wing sauce as well as a rib sauce to my order because online doesn’t give you the option , she said I can’t do that because you have to pay for extra sauce , i explained online doesn’t give you that option which i have no problem paying for something i want , being that it’s a delivery order as a manager i think i would have said I’ll do it for you just this one time but keep in mind in the future that you have to pay for extra sauce , fine no problem but honestly what’s the point of the delivery services if you can’t add on online smh im very disappointed because i was unable to cancel my order & as a manager she wasn’t any help at all , im upset i didn’t get her number because this review is about her , the staff there are always great but whatever manager is on the shift now is a total a**

I ordered the full rack of ribs. Take into consideration that it's late and they are going to be closing soon. When they came out the meat on the ribs was dry like they had been sitting under the heat lamps for awhile. I told my waitress about it and she said that she would bring out another order. When she brought out those ribs they were absolutely delicious. Probably the best ribs that I have had at a Fridays. I think that they realized the mistake and fixed it perfectly.

I’m pissed, I’ve been a loyal rewards member for many years, the new app update does not function well at all. I called a manager at this location, didn’t get her name but she was not helpful at all. Called another manager by the name of trace. She was more helpful but I still lost 75 points trying to use my rewards to online. The app logged me out. When I logged back in I tried to use the code and it kept saying the code was in use but my points were taken. I had 170 points, and was looking forward to getting two Appetizers with my points. 75 were taken and not used so I was told I would have to wait until Monday to call customer support. I never had this problem before the app update. I want my 75 points that I earned back. It is Saturday and I will be contacting customer support Monday, I want this resolved. As stated before I’ve been a loyal member for years but will be no more if I don’t recieve my 75 points that were basically TAKEN from me by the app. No one in store could help me with the points. I earned those points and I want them. This location seems so short staffed. The manager that helped me was waiting tables, working the online orders and trying to supervise staff. Myself and another customer waited at the front for a while before anyone came to address us. The associate was happy when we told her we didn’t need to be seated and that we had to go to the online order area. We looked around and saw so many empty tables. This location has just been getting worse and worse. I had an issue years ago with an associate here and someone, a general manager I believed reached out to me and rewarded me with points because the associate was not knowledgeable and rude. I guess that doesn’t happen anymore. I use to love coming to this location and using the app before the update. Both need to improve and I want my 75 points.

I sat at the bar and had a great experience.

They canceled wing night for Monday, so I decided just to have one beer and leave and for some reason even the beer tasted nasty. I always order Miller light. And I know they just refilled the tap. I don’t know it just tasted off. I guess I won’t be returning since they got rid of wing night, I was one of our regulars
