My first experience and my let me tell yoy what a great atmosphere soft music and great music and even talked to the manager MR Newton what a great guy highly recommended.

The food was served at a reasonable time after w e placed our order, our drinks were refilled as soon as we finished the last sip, the atmosphere was fun and kid-friendly, service and presentation was exceptional

The place (restaurant) smelled really bad. Our Cobb Salud, the greens, was rotted. The tots of potatoes were not cooked well.

I don’t know if because of my offspring, or my color, they had me 30 minutes at a table and no one came to take the order. I was with my children and we have a bad experience. A McDonald is definitely better than this restaurant.

I would never understand the reason why men and women of a different race take advantage of other personnel when they see them by their selves me and my son came into this restaurant to try to have a nice day after and we were treated with the most disrespect, and when I tried to complain to Chief Keef, the alleged kitchen manager, he started provoking me and started telling me that I kept on looking back so he is going to kick me out of the restaurant with all of the food on the table. my son was eating and began to call the police on me Racism in this world still exist men take advantage of women. I made a complaint to this man and he started retaliating against me. He didn’t care about the complaint about his employee Beverly. He was more concerned about the fact that he had to get up from the table that he was at because he was doing something important on his phone so he wanted to make an example and definitely did make an example of very good example as opposed to why people should not visit this restaurant. He literally said he’s kicking me out of the restaurant he’s admitting at the fact that I keep on turning around so now whenever you visit this restaurant, please guys understand. Do not turn around even if you need to watch what is being said even if the manager says he’s going to spit in your drink, do not turn around at all cause because you will get kicked out and the police will be called on youliterally said it’s because I keep turning around every five seconds

I ordered for delivery. Some things were missing, everything was cold, and they still charged me. It was contactless so I didn't see the driver. I called but they didn't answer. I e-mailed through the website but no one responded. I declined the charge and they disputed it saying that I need to send a picture, but this is 2 months later so of course I can't take a picture today. I'm still fighting.
