Amazing service from the bartenders, the food is always great the only problem I have is when it comes to pick up. Everyone will walk past you because I’m assuming it isn’t their job & whoever is supposed to be in charge of paying attention for pick up isn’t attentive & I’m always just standing here awkwardly waiting for what is supposed to be a quick pick up even when it isn’t busy. I feel like this process can be streamlined & improved upon.

Went here for lunch. Waited at the front desk for about 3 minutes before we saw a single person. Was seated and given waters and menus promptly, ice tea took about 10 minutes as it hasn't been brewed yet. There were not a lot of workers, which was understandable since there was maybe 8 customers the entire time we were there. Food came out hot but I thought the Nashville hot chicken sandwich was a little small(seemed smaller than a Chick-fil-A chicken sandwich). Took a while to get the check. No real complaints, just was ok.

We just ate here and it was great, aside from the huge wait. The food was amazing and our waitress, Quatondr, was very nice, but we had to wait almost an hour and a half to get our food despite not many people being there. As I understand it, they are understaffed, but I hope the wait goes down a bit for everyone else.

Not sure what we did to annoy our server, she rolled her eyes when we both ordered water, gave us a hard time when we asked for extra sauce and sub a sauce. (which we do at our local TGIF all the time), never came by to refill my water so I was just chewing on ice, and after we finished our food she checked everyone else out and left us sitting and waiting a literal 20 minutes to settle the bill.

Answer the phone for to go order Customers. Forget the automated messaging service like most restaurants have with a customer to press a button to get transferred to place it to go order. To have the phone ringing for five and six minutes on end. Unacceptable.

The service was bad. Waitress came with an attitude to the table. Then I order guacamole and it came out brown. My granddaughter got chicken tenders and fries kids meal and the chicken was burnt. Everything was horribly cooked and service was horrible. Will never return to this location!
