TGI Fridays

Brooklyn is a horrible server. She is not attentive, very slow & had a nasty attitude! She sent our appetizers to the wrong table & we had cold food and she didn’t even care or come back to the table to check on us. We had to get the manager! She needs some serious training!

Friday’s has fallen off a bit

We arrived at 5:25 after been informed by our server that my drink Barbados rum punch neither his beer Michelob ultra were available I was about to leave cause I’m not good trying new drinks but I decided another one n it was pretty good, we received our appetizers and had to wait for her to bring the plates and then she came n had to ask for silverware, waited a long time , someone from the kitchen bring our food ( which it was cold ) and she was not around to tell her anything, i had no drink , when she finally came by is everything ok i asked for to go boxes didnt had a chance to ask for a drink because she just turn around fast, when she gave us the boxes turn around fast again , then after a while asks if we need the check i said no we need another drink , gets the drinks, long time to come back so we can get the check we were irritated , gives check leaves, i had a gift card sge finally comes back tells me wait again while she gets a pen , then finally comes dropped tye pen off tells me to write the numbers , then come tells me the gift card is invalid , i tried place online order and put gc information and it had balance , i show it to her she was maybe you didnt activate the card i was is active u see it has balance, she said i do this everyday and your not working , i didnt need her attitude at that point we asked for a manger , 20 minutes waiting for a manager ( Ms Courtney) didnt arrived , i stopped her and gave her my bank card to just charge the whole amount she asked are u sure , i said aint no one have no time to keep waiting for a manager so long , it was 7:13 , almost two hours sitting in a restaurant having a bad time instead of a good time after a week of work

Had wings on a Saturday brought my daughter back on a Monday and the wings were horrible LOOKING and tasting My server over charged my card and I'll be calling tomorrow

I was there Tuesday, March 6th, around 8pm. I sat at the bar and ordered a chicken salad. After a few minutes of eating, I noticed HAIR in my plate. Disgusted and feeling nauseous, I showed the bartender who alerted the manager. He agreed that I would not have to pay for it, but also promised to give me a gift for any other Friday's under their Be Our Guest program to show how sorry he was for my experience. He took my information, but I NEVER RECEIVED IT.
