Not really impressed. Drinks did not have cherries as advertised and were quite weak, service was 50/50 - one waiter was great, but second really unfriendly, food was not good, really oily and not looking near how was advertised in the menu. Could not finish it. The stars are for design of the restaurant and the one waiter who did his job good -the rest was upseting. I remember TGI in Vienna / or other countries to be much better experience. In the Westfield the is many better options.
Dirty cutlery,tables and menus...cheesy, very poor attention or indeed inexistent to the costumers. Floor staff is basically non existent beside from a small blond girl that tonight was actually running and taking orders for all the rest of the staff. Place was basically empty, the starter arrived after 45 minutes! It was just a Mozzarella sticks. Drinks, A bottle of water and a beer came after we finished our starter.. burger decent , ribs very well cooked. Too expansive.

I am deeply disappointed with the service at this establishment. Despite waiting for 15 minutes, no one attended to us. The manager, Alex, displayed a shocking level of unprofessionalism and lack of care. His excuse of being short-staffed is unacceptable. This kind of behavior tarnishes the brand's reputation. I urge TGIF to take immediate action and ensure that individuals like Alex are not representing your company.
Had early dinner here today with my husband, I personally ordered the Glazed burger and asked the waitress to not put a tomato and since it is a glazed burger she personally said it comes with the glaze. I also ordered coca cola with refill. and Guess what, I got a tomato on my burger (which I am allergic to) I didn't get my glaze for my fries that she says I have, And I never got a refill on my drink. Plus she wasn't really attentive to her table. I see the other waiters very attentive to their tables. I am so disappointed with the service and the food. I get that it is busy but she should really pay attention to what her guests request. What if I get allergic reaction? And I am pregnant. Maybe be more conciderate don't take too many table if you can'y handle it. I have worked as a waitress as well so I know what I am talking about. Plus we waited for too long.
On the 8/4/23 @ approx 15:00 we walked inside, the host was on his phone watching something and didn’t even acknowledged us u till we greeted him. We picked the seat and took good 10-15 mins to select from the menu. Female waitress approached us and stated that the whole system is crashed and so now she has to write everything by hand (she was clearly upset over the matter- somehow). When ordering mains which was displayed as ‘served with side of your choice’ the waitress got frustrated that I ordered from ‘sides menu’ and said ‘ you can ether have ships or salad’ I then told her that it’s not ‘my choice’ then but decided to choose ‘salad’ after all and whatever I wanted from ‘sides menu’ at extra cost. Waitress then said with attitude ‘ You gonna have to pay extra for salad’- which threw me off guard.. I told her ‘ You just said, I can pick ether salad or chips with my main, why is it at extra cost?? At this point I just wanted to leave and so we did.. this waitress should not work in customer services. Bad bad attitude!!
Tried to head in today, restaurant was around 30% full. Hostess was on the phone and frantically waved at a waiter to seat us. He stood there talking to someone else for a while then looked blankly at us We asked for a table for 3, he looked around at the empty restaurant and then again, after he decided it would be a 30 min wait We promptly left and when we next went past the people behind us were being ignored too
Service was quick, staff are funny- Tia was entertaining and took initiative, looked after us.
The staff are really friendly and the music is good and most importantly the food is amazing and they have a great variety of choices
