I got the Whiskey-Glazed Chicken Sandwich and it was soooo goooood.

First, I would've spoken with the manager but my plane was about to board. Second, overall everything was pretty good. Food was tasty and delivered promptly. I would've given more stars but I was highly unsatisfied with my waitress. If the manager needs to know, table 60 around 9:35 AM on the date of this post. In the total amount of time I was there, I was only tended to when she received my drink/order. After that, she either proceeded to be on her phone, talk to her coworkers, or be absent from the floor. I observed that, aside from the talking trio, other servers were very attentive to their guest. While I can't prove it, I'm sure she looked at me and assumed I wouldn't tip much. I came wearing basketball shorts because, well, why be uncomfortable, and why draw attention? Anyhow, I only had a $20 bill to tip with (because I know servers get screwed when you tip on card) and had full intentions of giving her. After that, though, nah. Not even worth "killing with kindness."

I ORDER AND IT TOOK THEM AROUND 30 TO CALL ME. IM AN EMPLOYEE FOR AA NOT HAPPY IT LOOKS LIKE THE LADY IN THE RECEPTION. DIOS IT ON PURPOSE. BECAUSE OTHER EMPLOYEE AFTER US. SHE GIVES THEM THE FOOD. SERVER: 475/MCKENNA CHECK 8766 EMPLOEE 475 TODAY 04 11 24 AT 1024 THANK YOU IN ADVANCE

Food is decent, long wait however restaurant was not busy and a lot of staff standing around. You will smell like fried food afterwards.

Staff was great but the steak was horrible. I couldn't chew it so I didn't really eat. Everything else I ordered was ok. Which was fine with me.

Our server forgot about us and gave all guests and coworkers attitude. Something was floating in my beer and I had to send it back. Food was not only totally unpresentable but also overseasoned. Extremely disappointed that we had to pay for this meal, will not return

All you could want for breakfast between flights. Small but adequate menu, fast attentive service. Friendly staff. Our table was adjacent the concourse so not so quiet. There were tables further in the facility if you wanted more peace. Great prices compared to similar places at SEATAC and LAX that we have eaten at.

Not good. Super expensive
