TGI Fridays

This was not my 1st time here is was my 2nd time . The 1st time we had found a hair in our appetizers and the waitress was rude . This was a much better time the food had more taste and the waiter was excellent

The food was yummy, but this by far was the worst service we have experienced in a restaurant. We had ordered 4 things and they all came out at different times (10-15 apart), we had no silverware or napkins until I asked, when we walked in we were greeted w a "sit any where" by a waitress walking by. They were not busy at all mind you. There were about 5 other families there and about 4 servers.

Suppppperrrrr slow service. Don’t come here unless you have 3 hours to kill for dinner. We went in and there must have been 5 or six tables sat total. Food was super slow to come out and once it arrived we did not see our server again until I literally had to flag another staff member down to see if he could get her. I finished my drink waiting for our appetizer the first 20 minutes sitting down and had to chew on my ice to hold me over because I was so thirsty, but alas no server= no drink. I had watched her walk by as well as a few other staff members and every time I made an attempt to get their attention I felt like we were intentionally ignored. I heard a few other tables complaining and a few even left while I was there. Hey, it could’ve been a night where they were understaffed or had some sort of back of house complication but they really lacked tonight. The food was good though.

You like Football and Food, well it's easy to find here at Friday's. Come in sit down and you can end up meeting or making a friend. The food is good and the service is top priority here. I eat I watch them games you know the important ones, Football Basketball Baseball, LOL name your sport and it's on the tube here, and did I say you get to meet new friends, Ok get here, Davie, Pompano, and Boynton that's the spot, choose the one nearest to your house,

I don't know if it was new staff. But my wife and i waited for a while and no one offered to take our orders. Just got sat down and told to wait. So we did, and a few other people came in and they got served right away. Even if it was valentines day, the restaurant was dead and people after us as I stated got served . We were excited to try somewhere new and sadly not a good experience.

I am absolutely disgusted with how the management treats the customers! I spent quite a bunch of money here and the food wasn’t prepared properly, the whisky Burger I ordered did not come with any of the condiments… the fries are dry and gross! Food is not fresh… I’m so upset I can’t even enjoy it! All I asked was for the manager to do her job and make sure the worker’s prepare the food as it should…. And she had the audacity to call me rude… management has no ability to take constructive criticism and she had no compassion nor understanding of the situation at hand. Shame on you. P.S. I ordered from Door Dash, I did get refunded for the items missing, but this review wasn’t about getting a refund it was about TGI Fridays not doing their job. All I really want is an apology and for management to do a better job “Managing”

It wasn't too busy of a night and the waitress was nice but after 50 minutes of waiting we'd had enough and left. It's too bad as Fridays used to be a really good place for a bite to eat. I'll give this location another chance but not anytime soon.

Went on a Friday night and the place was pretty empty. No one was at the host stand but it was only a minute or so before a young man came to sear us. We were told about the Friday special with very little explanation, but thought it seemed simple enough. We ordered appetizers which came out in a timely manner but that's when things went bad. We were served our appetizer with no silverware, napkins, or plates. There were no employees anywhere to even ask for some. Our dinners came out and we were told that with the special we got a brownie and finally was able to ask for silverware and napkins. We were then told that the brownie was not party of the special but agreed to pay the extra for it. When we got our check we did not get the special price at all and the waitress was no where to be found to correct it. As someone who was a waitress before I always tip well, but in this case I did not leave one as the service was absolutely terrible!
