TGI Fridays

Food is great but the place is very understaffed so it takes ridiculously long to get your order. Three other tables ended up leaving 15 minutes later because they couldn’t even order. Also the floor leading to the men’s bathroom is sticky like a flytrap.

My overall experience was amazing. My waiter was very friendly and helpful when it came to my daughter. He made sure to do rounds to ensure we had everything we needed to be able to enjoy our meal. Thank you so much Jamier!! Very handsome as well.

Everytime I come in Ancil Mikey and Jeremy always make sure I’m taken care of and getting great service !! They always make me feel so welcome . Good vibes

We had a server by the name of Mike. Group of 6 people arrived at 10:20pm on a Thursday. He came to our table 10min after we were seated. Told me if I sign up for the rewards would get free chips and free dessert at that visit. I filled out the form he gave me. NEVER GOT CHIPS, AND HE CHARGED ME FOR THE DESSERT. He brought our drinks 15min after we put the drinks order in, WE NEVER GOT REFILLS AS HE NEVER CIRCLED THROUGHFOR IT. He didn't even hand us the cups when he came with then, he brought is all to the side of the table and had us grab them ourselves basically. Our food didn't arrive until 12:10am. We noticed the time and asked if we can order dessert, at first he said the kitchen was closed but then allowed us to put the dessert order. He brought us the dessert, but didn't put it on the table, he handed the hot plate to the first person at the edge of the table for them to grab it. MIND YOU ITS A HOT PLATE! We never got REFILLS, were there for over 2hrs, mostly just waiting on things. I know the kitchen could've been backed up? So we were nice and patient, and even left a tip. I think it was a bad night for him, he looked like he saw dying to leave there! But the taste of the food was good and it was all hot when it arrived to out table. Parking: It is behind the store. Near the stop & shop entrance.

great experience overall great staff, and the place had a good vibe too it!! definitely coming back!
