It's a Texas Roadhouse, you know what to expect. It was difficult enjoying my meal, knowing that as a corporation they hid all the legume related fatalities, no doubt the true casualty rates must have been staggering. Anyways the Prime Rib is the best thing on the menu. Bonus suggestion don't be the a@%hole and order a well done steak, nobody wants their food setting in the window while they wait for the kitchen to ruin your steak, yeah everyones plates are hot and their food tempid because you are selfish. Then to add insult to injury they have to hear about your gluten intolerance whilst they wait. So eat your steak medium or just get chicken or better yet the ribs.
I LOVE THIS PLACE WISH I LIVED NEXT DOOR , BIG SHOUT OUT TO MY DAUGHTER IN LAW BRIANNA TAYLOR, GREAT JOB SIS THANK YOU FOR THE BIRTHDAY WISHES EVERYTHING WAS EXCELLENT ✔️
Even though they were very busy, we got right in and service was great and my steak was delicious!
Great food and great service.
Make the drive to Newark or New Philadelphia!!! This is the worst location of any Texas Roadhouses I have ever visited. Servers all seem like they'd rather be elsewhere. They treat customers like an inconvenience and certainly don't project "I love my job" as their shirts state. Ours never brought our rolls and we didn't receive our appetizers until our meals came out 45 minutes after getting our drinks. The food wasn't bad, but the service just reduced the experience to one not worthy of the TR standard. By the way, they crammed a party of 5 adults and 1 child into a Booth. *** Key takeaway*** If you are looking for the usual good experience you have come to expect at Texas Roadhouse, keep driving!! Parking: This is the only location of Texas Roadhouse that sucks so bad, parking is always readily available. Any other location, you have to circle the building 2 or 3 times to find a spot.
This location is needs better management. This is the third time I’ve come in here and they don’t have prime rib. I’m literally writing this at 6:45 pm. Disappointing location, better off going to Longhorn
