It's the worst ribeye ever. It was so grisly, couldn't even chew it. Asked for medium rare came out well done. The appetizer tasted like it was cooked yesterday and reheated. I will not be returning paid 80 dollars for a meal that I couldn't even eat.

Pointed to the specials on the menu when ordering—why wouldn’t the bartender tell you the special isn’t available if you are pointing to it?! We asked for plain butter, she forgot. I dropped my forks, she didn’t offer a new fork. I had to go get my own salt and pepper, and also an extra to-go container. I was still going to tip her well, because I’ve done this kind of job and know they were busy. But her nasty attitude about the price difference and acting like it wasn’t her job to inform us that the special wasn’t available was baloney. I didn’t ask for a price adjustment, just wanted to know why she wouldn’t have said anything if I was POINTING at the special? I would have ordered something else for that price. I’ve never been treated like this at a Texas Roadhouse.

Party of 3 on a Saturday night with about 90 min waitlist. After we were seated, waited for a long time for waitress to acknowledge us & get our drink order. Drinks took longer than typical to arrive and without bread. With hungry kids, this was the first issue but a relatively minor one. Waitress ended every sentence with “baby.” As someone easily her mother’s age, this is annoying. She seemed nice enough but not able to keep up with a busy Saturday night. Food was not good - soggy fries & cactus blossom, chicken not cooked to order on one plate and super tough on another plate. One drink refill in over an hour. We don’t live near a Texas Roadhouse, but it’s my son’s favorite and he particularly likes the rolls. We had to ask four times for a bread refill (eventually our waitress brought it to go). When I went to pay, the machine at the table wouldn’t accept any of my cards. Our waitress was long gone by then, so I flagged a manager who was able to assist and run it through on his computer. The table next to us (arrived about 30 mins after us) noticed our experience and commented how they were experiencing the same - the same waitress was struggling & they didn’t get rolls until after their main course showed up. A disappointing experience at a chain my kids usually enjoy visiting.
