Texas Roadhouse

The food was not good at all. The ribs were dry like heck. The bake potato was over cooked and very salty. The steaks were okay. However they were dry. Over crowded the servers were not good. They were slow.

The food was awesome. Everything my husband and I ordered was so good! The service however was way below what we expected. Our waitress kept telling us she couldn't get bread because it was being made but we watched about 6 groups of ppl be seated after us and given bread. Our appetizers came, still no bread. Our plates came, still no bread. Finally we had to ask a different waitress if we could have some and she brought it to us in less than a minute. Our waitress also didn't return after our food was served. Idk what was going on with her but it gave us an unwelcoming feeling.

I have never been to a Texas Roadhouse before, yesterday was my first time experiencing it for the first time. Needless to say I was not impressed. The manager Katie did give us a nice greeting, everything else was awful. I had ordered a medium steak and when the food was out (almost 45 min later after I ordered) my steak was way overcooked. My waitress Mia did not come back to check up on us when we got our food. I had to wait an extra 10 min just to get someone else’s attention while my husbands food was getting cold, cause who wants to eat in front of someone that hasn’t gotten their food yet right? Anyways, a different waiter came and removed our steak. While that was happening we were told by our server Mia that she would also bring us refills which she failed to do, until a few minutes later when we reminded her. Finally someone (I assume it was the cook) came to us and gave me my steak. He stand there until I cut my new steak. I cut the first piece and from the tip it looked good. So the cook left. As soon as i started to cut more into it, I realized it was super RARE. This wasn’t even Medium Rare. After that no one came to check up on us again! As soon as my waitress got to the table again we asked for the check and left her $5 tip, which I believe should’ve been $0. I have worked at a steak house before, I know not everything is perfect but this ridiculous. This Texas Roadhouse gave me a super bad experience, it made me feel like all of them are just bad.

It was a great place, food was good, alil pricey but it's worth it I think, server was nice and always making sure we were good!

Our favorite date night place. Always the best. But recently received our pickup order and our steak was not made the way we requested. Upon calling to inform staff that our order was wrong we received the best customer service from the manager Patrick. He was very apologetic and offered to remake our order. He even included a complimentary apple pie, which we greatly appreciated. Couldn’t have asked for a better outcome. This is the only time we’ve ever had a problem with Texas Roadhouse and we are extremely satisfied with the way Patrick was eager to help resolve the problem. For a great meal and great service don’t hesitate to dine with Texas Roadhouse.
