Texas Roadhouse

I drove 20 minutes to pick up an order they got wrong the first time, only to return home and find it was still incorrect. It's incredibly frustrating; the person gave me the manager's personal cell to send a picture, but after taking down my email, they only responded once. I feel like I'm left with no one to talk to. This situation is beyond ridiculous, and all I want is a refund for the money and gas I spent.

The food is always good, and cooked as ordered (in other places you can order medium rare and they will bring whatever they want). It might be too noisy for some people, when there is a birthday celebration it can be loud.

Very busy and very loud. Food is always good and they usually cook your meat correctly. They have a game unit at your table which we always enjoy playing while waiting for food. Servers there are always great, responsive, and attentive.
