Gotta love those ribs.

I have to say that this is the 1st time I need to leave a Restaurant for the following reasons, I send my food back twice and they brought it back on a dirty plate, used lemon and to top it offs, the manager brought me the food. Dear manager of Texas Road House you definitely fell short your goal tonight. How dear you bring a meal to a customer without making sure everything was going to be in order. To say the least, you need to go back to training. I am without a doubt speechless. Thank You to Shawn and Sabrina for their kind words. They are truly an asset to the organization. They understood my concern about me not being satisfied with my dinning experience at the restaurant. Won’t recommend this Restaurant not only because I have a negative experience, also the manager did not stand up for his mistake and have the audacity of charging me for the beer I drank. Go back to training buddy.

I ordered a sirloin 14oz with cesar salar and fries. My steak was perfect, medium rare like I ordered. Fries were crisp and tasty. However, my salad was drench with sauce but delicious none the less. I didn't care for that sweet bread, it ruined it in my opinion. My daughter order the steak under the kid's menu. Her cut was definetly tougher than mine and it was medium rather than medium rare like she ordered. My wife ordered the steak kebab. She didn't like the taste of the sauce the meat was marinated in. Same deal with the rice. She was highly disapointed with her meal while mine was amazing. Great service overall. Be mindful of the game console fees before your kid grabs it.

Service was fine but the food…not so fine. My 14yo and I each had cheeseburgers that were flavorless and served on dry buns…maybe toasted but if so, they were too toasted. Uneven servings of French fries, as well. My 14yo got quite a bit more than I did. I’m not looking to gorge myself on French fries but it was a noticeable disparity. We also had Caesar salads that were a bit overloaded with dressing. The croutons were soaked in butter or oil and not at all crunchy. Based on our experience, I don’t see why Texas Roadhouse is so popular.

It cannot be denied that the Meat is exquisite, but in the Caesar Salad there was a Big Worm, which I discovered when I was finishing the Salad. I will never eat at this restaurant again.
