Update: We did in fact go back and service was good but the food was really bland. We literally left our steaks that were barely eaten. We also chose our steak and then we realized when leaving that they definitely did not give us the steaks that we asked for. The rolls were consistent and hot. Boooooo won’t be back a third time. The first time here was great! It was so great in fact that I came back a second time within less than a week…tonight sucked and I guess it depends on your server. Food came out cold, both of my sides were missing, I had to ask for a high chair, did not receive crayons/ coloring paper, bread was not refilled nor were we offered complimentary bread to go and we were never asked if we wanted additional drinks or dessert. We still tipped well but overall tonight was a poor experience and we won’t be back.
I used to love eating at this restaurant but now the experience is horrible. They either forget my appetizer altogether or try to serve it after the entree. Garbage service now. The filet mignon and rolls are tasty but the service is so bad that I would rather hit up the outback.
Great food, nice environment, and the service is good. Vegetarian options: Salads, vegetables. Kid-friendliness: They sing happy birthday to everyone and have a cool theme displayed around the restaurant with tvs and complimentary and Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, it's ground level with a wheel chair ramp for access to the bathrooms and other seating options.
I had a wonderful time for my birthday on Monday July 15th. My waitress was so funny and full of life. I loved her energy. The front of house staff were very welcoming and service was really quick. The food taste great and I will be going back again for more.
Every time I go to Texas Roadhouse with family and friends, we had wait long time to sit us down. There was plenty of tables empty and the manager told us we had to wait extra 40 to 45 minutes to sit us down so we ended up leaving
