Texas Roadhouse

We were treated so badly. After making us wait over an hour, and giving our table away multiple times. We were finally seated at a table made for four people and we had five , in the middle of an aslie. Not acceptable, we will never go back!!

The 30 minute wait for a table was understandable, but waiting 35 mins at the table with no drink, hi from our server, or any interaction was not. They literally sat use and forgot about us. Sad, I enjoy Texas roadhouse’s food I just wish the one here in Mobile had better service. I had to leave and go to another restaurant.

Went to this location last Thursday, Jan 18th and had a great experience. Teri was our server and she was hustling. Our food was nice and hot and we didn't have to ask for refills on drinks or bread, which is not the norm. We will be back!

Very disappointed my food was cold, the lady at the Togo window got an attitude because I asked for hot rolls, the Togo crew needs to be retrained on their customer service. Texas Roadhouse has always been my favorite place to go the Steak Kabobs are my favorite. For the past year their customer service has went down and now the food they serve has as well. It's not so much the food but the servers and take out staff not caring about what they send out to the customers and the attitudes about doing their jobs are horrible.

Boy, oh boy , them rolls !

I decided to try the burger and it was ok. Not the best or worst burger I've had. The service was quick even though it was busy and our server was very friendly.
