Texas Roadhouse

Screwed up the order screwed up the bill. Fries were so salty couldn't eat them. Food was disappointing to say the least.

Best steak I've had in a long time

Fast service food was fresh place was clean, and the customer service could use a little brushing up on

Over microwaved hot dog for the kid. Presided prime rib so anything less than medium isn't an option. Super salty everything else. Really not impressed.

Food was delicious only complain we have was the baked potato was to much salt on it

We were here as a large group as part of a conference and made a reservation for 18 people. We were seated at 2 separate tables that didn't allow us to split up the way we needed to and were told it was a fire hazard (which we understood) but no other solutions were ever offered. We were told we couldn't pull over an additional table to be able to spread out a little and split up the way we needed. One in our party ordered a prime rib and added shrimp medium rare. She received a tiny sirloin that was well done and when she VERY politely brought it up to the server, the server told her THREE times that it was absolutely what she ordered despite several of us hearing her agreeing it's not. Then our doctor offered to split his steak with her as he had ordered the same thing she was supposed to get. So she asked to have her steak removed from the bill and the lady looked at her like she'd asked her to comp the whole bill. We love in Kalispell and don't have a Texas Roadhouse there so we were SO excited to eat here and then we're so let down by the experience. The rolls were fantastic as always but the rest was not what I'm used to from this establishment.
