Never had a bad Ribeye here but it's nearly always a long wait.. makes sense right!?

The food was overcooked. I sent my steak back 4 times alone. The dishes had pieces of food on it that WASNT MINE. Will never eat here again. Rude service dirty dishes horrible food. This place should be shut down. 75 dollars down the drain. McDonald's would have been better.

The waitress was alright . You only see your server a few times , while they have a million servers running around doing birthday songs every few minutes.. get it’s part of the vibe here. My filet Medium Rare was definitely Rare but ate it anyways due to how slow everything was going. Another member of our table has a sirloin and shrimp skewer only to find out theirs was Rare too, not medium rare. We got one basket of bread for the 4 of us and never received any more. Sweet potato was the best part of my dinner.

It was a great lunch, it was a business lunch and there were several of us, the staff was amazing, the food was great. I highly recommend this establishment.

The best Texas roadhouse I have ever visited! Food is always fresh and service is always great. it is worth the drive from other parts of Knoxville to visit this location.

Favorite place for steaks and ribs and fried catfish in Knoxville. Beef tips are good also, like a steak that's already cut into bite-sized pieces (if you order gravy on the side). Offers both baked potatoes & baked sweet potatoes. Parking: The parking lot is large, but gets busy in the evenings.

Food is always fresh and even when they are busy they quick to get you seated
