So mixed reviews for me. While planning my wife’s birthday, I called ahead to let them know that we had a birthday celebration for a party of 20, they put me on hold for 15 minutes. Jenny answered and put us on the list. when we arrived at the restaurant it did not take long for us to be seated. That was really nice. After ordering we waited for over an hour and a half for our food, meanwhile our two other tables had already eaten and gotten boxes to go, when we finally got our food. My boneless wings were cold so I sent them back when I got them the second time they were in a matted together. My wife got a New York strip, Well done but when she got her steak, the outside was burnt and the inside was Medium, so we sent it back when they brought it back out it was burnt and medium well so we sent it back. Our service was great. Our waitress and the manager were courtesy and professional. It was my wife’s birthday that’s where she wanted to spend her night and she didn’t even get to eat.

Long wait. Great staff. Some of the food was good. Some not. Kitchen sent out burnt potato skins.

When you are hungry & want some Quality food, prepared exactly the way you like it, everyone knows Texas Roadhouse can't be beat!

I visited this restaurant to celebrate my brothers birthday..Even though we had reservations, we still had to wait about an hour..BUT! Once we were seating everything was nice! I would definitely recommend this place..just don't go there too hungry (like I did-didn't eat all day waiting for the restaurant..lol)

Steak was over cooked but they made me a new one and it was much better! Employees very nice and helpful!

I loved my steak And my kids loved their hot dogs... (at a steakhouse... for heaven's sake!) But because the restaraunt was so busy I had to remind my waitress to even give us bread... since we were sat so abruptly, and it took a few times of reminding, but all in all it was a good experience. P.S. If you want something really tasty... Try the mango margarita... with an extra shot Updated Review: Went on 2/23/24 and I ordered a steak salad, medium rare and the steak came out WAY OVERDONE. The steak was well done and there was barely any steak on my salad... How do they sell an $18 steak Salad (almost the same price as a steak) without any steak on it??? Not great... and the waiter kept hitting on me in front of my kids. Less impressed than last time. P.S. The mango margarita is definitely the way to go!

Service was excellent as our server Daniel was very attentive. The food was awful. This is our second time to this location recently where they do not seem to know how to cook meat. The first time was about a month ago. Prime Rib was ordered at medium rare and was served as well done. Two days ago we (wife and l) returned for burgers. Order at medium well and received burgers at medium rare, very pink and bloody. Let our server know and food was removed. A bite had been taken out of burger before it was sent back. Meal was returned with same burger withe bite taken out and obviously reheated on grill and placed on new bun. This time burger is now well done not at medium well. The point is our burger that had already touched our mouth and lips was placed back on the grill and cooked with you meal. This is very likely a health code violation. We are not likely to return to this location any time soon.
