Texas Roadhouse

I was in town for business,stopped here with the team and it did not disappoint. Food was great , had the country fried steak , our waitress was awesome,very attentive and always checking on us . Overall, we had a great time , would definitely recommend.

I was promised the wait time would only take between 0-10 minutes, but wait for more than 30 minutes and still not seated. You're on the TXRH waitlist. Text REMOVE to leave the waitlist. Conf. 8837 Quote 0min-10min Reply STOP to opt out. Asked 15 minutes after was promised of 0-10 minutes of a table, told the table is being set up! Asked again 30 minutes after being promised, and was told to wait for the text and the table is being setup. Decided to leave and go to another restaurant to eat. Understand that when it’s busy, they cannot seat customers immediately, but please don’t promise something that can’t be done!

I called the day before to order a catering meal for 10 people and was told by manager to order on line the day I needed it. I put order in a 11 am when they opened to pick up at 515. I got there and it was not ready. I was told they could not fill the entire order of mashed potatoes, they were out. They could not fill entire order of green beans, they were out. I got home and was missing all the salads. I had a group coming and ran out of mashed potatoes and green beans and no salads. The manager would not take a catering order, he told me just to order a meal for each person. It is a real shame as much as I was charged to not be able to get what I ordered and they waited until I got there to tell me that they were out of things so I could make other arrangements. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! It is hard to believe at 5:00 on Sunday that they were out of mashed potatoes and green beans.

Super busy but we ordered to go. Missed 2 appetizers and 2 fries. Called and emailed Roadhouse and never received a response. The kids at the togo window had a puppy in the window sitting there and playing with it. When we walked up they grabbed our stuff and said thanks, and went back to the puppy. That dog was very unsanitary. I love dogs but eww. The food we did get was great though.
