OMG....STEAK was delicious and loaded baked potato was awesome...

This was our first visit to this location . Although we had to wait about 20 minutes to be seated , it was WORTH the wait . Our server SJ provided top notch service. He was very attentive. We felt like we were his only table . The food was delicious!! Everything was cooked exceptionally well. If you’re ever passing through they are right off the exit . Please ask for SJ .Not only you’ll get excellence service and food . I’m sure he’ll smell good, that TS Madison perfume was everything!!

Steaks were over cooked past well done, not medium as ordered. Plates were also missing food, not full order. Waitress was rushing us out before we were done stating they were closing, meanwhile plates were still being served to other tables. Terrible service.

Ordered food online with an anticipated ready time for pick up. 15 minutes after pickup time, called them up and was told they were waiting for sides and to come to window in 5 minutes. Went to window. Waiting at window for 10 minutes and I get it, it's a busy Saturday night but that window was about to close out the person in front on me AND I both had to raise our voices to the young lady because she was not present. Anyway, the girl who actually helped us told me they waiting on bread and Mac and cheese . Wait.. WHAT?? people were coming to pick up their orders bread in tow. . 10 minutes later. I asked again and the mac and cheese had been sitting on the back counter. I asked to speak with a manager and the girl who was handing out food almost jumped out of the window said "We were looking for you!" Umm I was standing there so my daughter de- escalated the situation because there was no reason for that young lady to come unglued like that. Before we left we checked our food which was cold and we never got our drink. So, not a good experience. By the way, we received we received our food was ready text 1hour and 15min after placing the order . When we left the parking lot.

15 minutes to get bread. 45 min. still no food. Left a five dollar tip and and left hungry.
