Food taste was overall ok. Mashed potatoes for the adult meal came in a small icecreame sized bowl which was weird. The critters plate for adults is the exact same as a child's order, just twice the amount and on a bigger plate. Everything seemed to have a spice to it. Our party had 4 seperate tabs and we each got added 18% to our bill as a mandatory gratuity. The waitress had attitude when asked if this was optional so I had to call the manager later and I was told that a mandatory gratuity is only necessary for parties of 10 or over, which I did not have. She only offered a refund back to our Visa cards.

First time there they forgot to put my food order in the system and I gave them another chance today and 3 parties went ahead of me even tho I was there first never going there again had two bad experiences
