The catfish was crispy and hot and the fries and green beans were hot at pick up.
Hadn’t been to a Texas Roadhouse in 10 years. Best service I’ve had at any place in Fort Worth plus a good meal.
My Son and I went there for dinner he likes going there with his Dad. But as for me I love their rolls but that's it! Everything is to salty the chicken fried steak and even their steam vegies. I also didn't like the ice tea I asked for peach flavor and it was horrible. I have had their steaks too a while back and they where good and their veggies where also good. But it was the one located in Hurst. The service was okay but it could of been better
I am always amazed at how well TR handles the large crowds of hungry patrons during peak mealtimes. This location, like many others, does a great job of taking care of us every time; full disclosure, we always try to check in online or in the app as soon as we know we’re going to give them a heads up. Dine-in or take-out are both executed well. The one time we found an item missing from our take-out order, we reported it that evening, and the VERY NEXT DAY a manager, Brandy, had removed the charge and called to update us. Very efficient, and very classy moves in my opinion. You do get a lot of good food for the price, and we would probably be here every week if we were done with some of our competing financial goals. During peak times you may have to walk a minute from a space a little farther from the entrance, but it’s a relatively flat and easy stroll.
Our waiter was fantastic the hostess was rude and contributed to us never wanting to dine here ever again. It’s a shame that the manager didn’t seem to care.
The hostess was terrible. She didn’t make us feel warm and welcome. She didn’t seem to care that we have been waiting a long time. She was also rude and that’s not what we expect when we go to a restaurant to eat is very unfortunate that she felt that we were beneath her, she also had a very runny nose. Maybe that’s because of a chemical that she’s using who knows Barry very very very rude. If I can give them one star that’s too much. I hope the management didn’t dismiss my concerns because I did tell them that they had a problem. Then after I complain to management, the management tells me that they had recently been shopped and they passed. This is very unfortunate that after they know that they passed their shopping then everyone acts like trolls.
