Extremely unaccomadating!! Tried to send food to a table from out of state and gave me no solutions to make it happen. They didn’t want my business

I walked in for the first time EVER to a TRH yesterday and was immediately greeted by 3 people who wore the most beautiful smiles! I immediately felt welcomed and recognized. We were shown to our seat and warmly greeted by Loraine (Chellieann Irvine), and made to feel as if were just at home with family. I have not received service like this EVER! This is the definition of customer service! Employees who are happy to be at work and everyone putting out maximum effort to provide the best service possible! I did speak with a manager (Rosa I think) as this atmosphere was so overwhelingly positive, that i couldnt keep it to myself....however she was the only person that seemed to not want to be at work. She didn't even introduce herself or anything but the good FAR outweighed the bad! If i had a business going already, I would absolutely hire Loraine to manage it! Honestly if she turned my bad day around and provided the best customer service I've ever had, she deserves her own store! Any company that would overlook her talent and contributions is missing a grand opportunity to reestablish the standard of customer care! Once I get my business going, I may have to try to recruit her! The food was really good here. I enjoyed the clucker fried chicken salad. All the chopped veggies were fresh and I also enjoyed the Granny's Apple Classic dessert.

I recently dined at Texas Roadhouse and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The service was exceptional, with our food arriving promptly despite the large crowd. However, I did encounter a minor issue with my steak being slightly overcooked on one side. Nevertheless, the rest of the meal was enjoyable, and the atmosphere was lively. I appreciate the efforts of the staff and would still recommend Texas Roadhouse for a delicious meal and great service.

Went there tonight Feb 12, 2024. Ordered ribeye & ribs to go, they completely forgot the ribs. Got a refund and let them keep the food they messed up.

We had to wait about 35 minutes for two tables for our party of 10. However, food and atmosphere were great. We celebrated two birthdays in our group and the host was happy to do it. The staff was friendly and attentive. I love the filet medallions on rice with vegetables. It is delicious. Parking: Parking is available all around the shopping area.

Went to take my daughter out for dinner. The steaks my daughter and husband requested were med well they got jerky.
