Texas Roadhouse

The rolls are amazing! I could just eat those! All our food seemed a little too salty. But the service was excellent.

Me and my family came to this Texas roadhouse to celebrate a birthday. The service was okay other than having to stay an extra hour because my medium well steak was rare instead of medium well, and whenever it was remade it was medium rare, the staff had two chances to make my steak right, making it bone dry in the process. In addition to this, we had to remind them several times to bring out our sides when we first got our food. Our empty glasses and roll baskets were never picked up (even though we sat them at the end of our table) and the bathroom floor was drenched without a wet floor sign. Overall, this is the worst ever experience me and my family have ever had at a Texas roadhouse and will not be coming back. Paying over $100 for a meal you would expect more out of such an establishment. While walking out, we also over heard someone in the kitchen (a worker) complaining and wishing that they were home despite the place being a mess and proper work not being done.

I have been to this location many, many times in the last several years. This by far was the worst experience ever. Of the four of us dining, two of the steaks were cooked incorrectly. One of the steaks came out still incorrect on the 2nd try. We asked the server to remove it from the bill which he did. We were missing side dishes when our order came out. The restrooms were a disaster. My son almost slipped on the floor in the men's restroom because the floor was soaking wet. I did not see a manager come to any of the tables in my eyesight to talk like the managers used to do in the past. That's one of the things I used to appreciate about Texas Roadhouse their managers would interact with their customers to make sure things were good. I talked with the hostess at the end and told her and she didn't offer for us to talk to anyone. She said it was a bad day all around and to have a good night. Dining out is very expensive these days. It's not something we do often but certainly expected more than what we got. We will think long and hard before coming to this establishment again.

We was very grateful they was open easter Sunday, there was 8 of us, waiter was a bit slow, food was late but he was busy.
