Texas Roadhouse

My wife and I measure every restaurant experience against Texas Roadhouse, especially from a price point. If a place costs as much as TR but isn’t as good, we never go back. For taste, quality, value for the money, Texas Roadhouse is truly a standard to measure by, and I’m dead honest when I say I’ve met a lot of families who use TR as a similar metric. The prime rib is my favorite, with the ribeye right behind it. And my wife and kids LOVE their ranch and found a copycat recipe for home. Kid-friendliness: Both the kids meals and Ranger meals feed our kids all the way to 16yo once you add in rolls without them feeling hungry or left out in any way.

The manager was rude. She told one of my daughters that we could go somewhere else. Had to send food back twice wasn't cook right after the third time we just started asking for to go boxes. The manager gave one of our tables away we had a party of eight and wanted to try and sit us at one booth and a chair. Wow just a hot MESS. NEVER GO BACK. We tip Paige the server it wasn't her fault. The cooks and manager. I don't see how see made manager she must was on her knees. Another thing a customer opened the emergency door trying to go out of it the so manager came over with key and had the wrong key WOW and this went on for about 5 minutes. My one daughter ordered the salad without bacon gave it back came back again and they had scape it off on top had to send it back again by that time it was time to go and she got a discount of 99 cents. Wonder if she would have ate that y'all would have had a law suit.

There six of us. Excellent food and service! Parking: We parked at the door for handicap parking. Easy in and out. Kid-friendliness: Our server was really good with our small grandsons. Wheelchair accessibility: Easy seating with wheelchair.

99 out of 100 times, you get a perfectly grilled medium rare steak. Both my wife's and my steaks were pretty rare. I'd rather have undercooked steak than overdone. The only complaint is freezing our butt off. The restaurant just opened, so maybe not temperature-balanced yet. We asked our waitress about the temperature... Oh, well. We took about half of our steaks home and cooked them to perfect on a cast iron skillet. Texas Roadhouse buys and butchers excellent beef. No complaints there. Parking: We were early (4:00 PM) but parking is never a problem there.
