EJ was our wait server!!❤️ That young man was awesome!! He's pleasant, professional, efficient, and encouraged us to come back and see him again. It's so refreshing to have such amazing young people who love people their job and do it so well! Our food was excellent as well!! Wheelchair accessibility: Our daughter is in a wheelchair and it was so nice to be able to sit accordingly.

Used to be my favorite restaurant, I have never had or ever heard of a complaint..... I recently visited the Texas Roadhouse at River Point had my favorite Fort Worth Rib eye largest one they have. . I received my Meal, I proceeded to cut the meat which usually this cut of meat only requires a fork, Unfortunately I had to use a knife this time the first bite I tried I could not even chew up, Deposited in a Napkin, Second bite the same, Third bite the same.... I asked the waiter if this was the proper cut he assured me that it was, I didn't need any more mistake ask for my check $38.50 ... I asked them if they were really gonna charge me for this steak... The answer was how big of a tip would I like to leave...... Needless to say I will not be going back to Texas Roadhouse....

The hostess hung up on me when I was trying to get directions. Our server Malea was awesome friendly, and was right there if we needed anything.

It's popular for a reason. Good service and food. Lots of TVs around the bar area.

Honestly, I can't hate on TRH. There's a reason this place is PACKED on a Sunday evening. And I'm not exactly sure what it is, but it probably has something to do with the prices, the quality of the steaks, and the solid service. Obviously it's not an Elway's luxury steakhouse, but are the steaks even worse? I'm not sure. We'll keep coming back until that changes but they got the recipe down pretty solid

Ordered online for pickup it said it would be ready at 6:50 so I’m here on time. I text I’m here and it right away text me back and said my food isn’t ready and they will text me when it’s ready. After waiting in the car for 10 more minutes I decided to go up to the window to check on my food. The girl at the window tells me they’re bagging it up now. So I go move my car closer and she then comes back to tell me there was a mishap with one of my steaks so they had to recook it. I said ok so like ten more min then? She said idk just go wait in the car and we will text you. So here I am 20 minutes after the time they told me still waiting. I just don’t think people should say a time then not abide by that time. It’s annoying and an inconvenience I could have been waiting at home instead of in the car. I won’t be picking food up anymore. Prolly would have been better off cooking my own dang steaks at home. Definitely would have been cheaper and faster!

Top notch chili, and pretty good pork.
