Love the did and service every time but hate that it's always so busy

Sat waiting for our table for 40 minutes and the staff did not care. Absolutely disgusting staff. Don’t reccomend eating here go somewhere they will care you.

My birthday dinner. The food was very good but the steak and mushrooms were barely warm and the yam was so hot you couldn't eat it with the rest of the meal. also had the apple desert and we were hoping it would be like an apple crisp and instead it was a piece of apple pie with ice cream. Was more disappointed because the apples were so tart that I ate only a couple pieces. Oh and the margarita was all ice. Super expensive and super disappointing.

I wish I could have eaten here. Our experience in Missouri with Texas roadhouse has never been like this. Our party was told 15-20 mins. At 25 minutes we followed up and were told they were currently cleaning our table. They seated a party of 8 and three parties of 7 along with numerous parties of 4 and less. When returning to the counter to follow up after 40 minutes of waiting (double the time we were told) we were told that the waitress working our section was running late which I fail to see how it was the patrons problem. We ultimately left and never returned. Several other patrons had expressed the same sentiment. Do not visit this location. Terrible customer service and no respect for customers or their time. Kid-friendliness: They had no consideration for the fact that we had children we left at double the time we were told and there is no telling how much longer we would have had to wait. Do not visit here if you have children

We came in tonight expecting to have a party of ten for my little girl's birthday. Unfortunately their were some issues with other party members who were stuck at work or traffic. BUT!! the whole staff was wonderful, extremely nice, polite and helpful for making sure to get us setup right just in case more showed up. Our server was Robert and our daughter feel in love with him he was extremely sweet and caring to our whole family and made us all feel like we knew him forever. Thank you Texas Roadhouse and thank you Robert for making our daughter bday and night a wonderful time can't wait to come back!!!

Our waitress was extremely friendly. The service was fast. The food was excellent. Parking: They need more handicap parking. I am handicapped and I had to park at the back of the restaurant and walk to the front door.

Not same without peanuts...
