Texas Roadhouse

Waited over an hour for a to-go order and only after checking on the order was I told that an item we ordered was out of stock. Shouldn’t you know when an order is placed if the kitchen doesn’t have what you ordered?

The service was excellent. Always enjoy the rolls and sweet butter!!

While it is normally a great experience at this location, today was abysmal. If the waiters and waitresses were less enamored with each other and actually doing their job the experience would have been much better. Even one of the “managers” today, was jumping onto his coworkers and fooling around just as much. The food was not cooked to the specifications given, and it took way too long for us to even get silverware. Very disappointed today. See photos of their congregation spot.

The worst experience at Texas Roadhouse that we have ever had! We checked in online & had a 30-40 min. Wait. Then, We were told to go inside. We waited another 30 min. My husband kept telling them that we were told to go inside. They kept saying that just because we were told to go inside, doesn’t mean our table was ready. Well, frequent flyers of Texas Roadhouse, yes it does! We are always seated within 5 min. Of being told to come inside! 3-7 ppl at all time hee heeing & haw hawing at the desk. Multiple people working , so no shortage of staff! FINALLY, we received our food, after 2 hrs of being at the restaurant! Our medium steak that we ordered was RARE! Mooooing and bleeding! Our daughter’s boneless buffalo chicken wings were cold! We asked for our ticket & the food to be taken off! Our server was very sweet, but all in all, it was a very bad experience and waste of 2 1/2 hrs of our night! I honestly don’t care if I ever visit another Texas Roadhouse! I

My husband and I stopped here for our very first time together after a long trip from Nashville back home. It's easy to find off the interstate and get to the parking lot. We didn't know what to expect because we had never been to one before. They went above our expectations. Our server (Alexis I believe?) was wonderful and practically spoiled us . I was not expecting the high quality of service. The kitchen manager even came to introduce herself when we got our main course. My husband got the ribs and I got the smothered chicken. My hubby nearly wanted to eat both the potatoes were great and the gravy is delicious especially with the rolls dipped in it. I had a mixed drink when I sat down that makes me want to come just for it. We appreciate the service and the food. Thank you for a wonderful first time

I used to love this texas roadhouse but it sadly has gotten worse. The last 3 times I've been here I've had to ask for my food to be remade because it was always undercooked. I will still give you guys my business and hope things get better. The servers and the atmosphere are wonderful and I know it's not their fault when the kitchen messes up. The hostess could have had a better attitude however. Giving people dirty looks just for asking for a table is a little rude.
