Texas Roadhouse

Texas Roadhouse is always a treat and sometimes it's good and sometimes you just get a bad steak. But when you tell them and they bring back another one and that one is bad I feel that I shouldn't have to pay for it even tho I ate my salad and green beans . So I will never go back to this location again when the manager wasn't very concerned she was serving tough ribs . Owensboro is still the best from traveling to many locations . Wheelchair accessibility: This is handicap accessible but when it is very crowded it does make it difficult to get you to a location without disturbing other guests

I've eaten once before at Texas Roadhouse and it was good. However, I just ate there yesterday and there were issues. For one thing, it was freezing. Then my boyfriend ordered the steak medallions, Medium, and when he got them they were BEYOND rare. Like literally so undercooked he couldn't even bite through one. I was basically done with my meal before he even got his and he took out to go. They didn't even offer compensation. Then, I get home and get food poisoning. I will not be back.

The Manager did a good job and the waitress was lovely but the actual food, no. I will choose Outback over Texas any day. The "cactus blossom" was drowning in oil. I had to take it out of the bowl and put it in the bread basket. The salad had so much dressing it made my stomach upset. Then all the food had the same greasy taste the onion did. The rolls were served with only Cinnamon butter. I absolutely hate that there's electronics ALREADY at the table when you get there. I know it's 2024 but I don't like it. Just one opinion.
