Dietary restrictions: Gluten knowledge is lacking. Manager effectively told my wife to look it up on her phone, offering very little assistance otherwise. Server was nice but had to be asked and reminded multiple times about different things. Won't be the last time we dine there, just a little less frequent given the latest experience, especially considering the price increases and other nearby options.

This was my first time at a Texas De Brazil and I was not impressed. Texas de Brazil is supposed to be the top of their type of restaurant and the huntsville location seemed a bit small. While our server was too notch she even admitted she could have done better. The main issues were management of the salad bar and kitchen. We stayed and ate for a little over an hour and were constantly offered meat, just the same ones. I mean as we finished our meal then 3 to 4 different options came out which were cooking when we got seated. The salad bar kept running out of plates and items on the bar weren't keep fresh and clean. Someone should have helped manage kitchen traffic but also follow up on guest experience but the manager never stepped away from the bar. 3 stars because food while limited was tasty and our server Rachel was phenomenal.

Not the best experience I have had but was good. Meats seasoned fairly well some cuts needed more salt. After coming back awhile later my original review has not changed

A homeless persons cardboard box has more seasoning than the meat. Also the dessert was just as good as a gas stations drain pipe😋😋 so delicious am i right? Oh the cheese bread should be considered a weapon they were unbelievably stale, and the tea was like battery acid😆 the service was nice apart from them avoiding us like we were in the last stages of the black plague.
