Texas de Brazil - Birmingham

It was OK. The ribs were burnt, and I just didn't enjoy it like most people claim.

My fiance and I were going out for a late Valentine's Day dinner, and chose Texas De Brazil. We had eaten at the Huntsville location and enjoyed it. However, we had to wait 30 minutes over our reservation time. Which is completely understandable they were slammed. We got to our table and the server was nice, but overworked running all over the restaurant. The problem we encountered was that the meat was incredibly overcooked. The servers asked us how we like it, and my fiance and I said medium rare. The first item they brought out was medium rare and then the rest was well done. Personally, if I'm going to pay over 100$ for a nice meal I don't enjoy burnt shoe leather.

Jaxx who served the meat to us had the best outgoing attitude and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our food. He continued to check on us. If he has the opportunity to move up, train others it would greatly benefit Texas de Brazil. You can tell he loves his job and he’s extremely good at it! Thank you Jaxx for making our dinner the best possible!

Recently visited here,Restaurants decor was trendy.Very clean .The salad/soup bar has everything you could want on it ,including salmon & charcuterie options.The Bar menu also has a wide variety.The selection of meat is abundant ...There's no chance,that you leave here hungry.The staff is very friendly, accomodating ,and hospitable.Every want & need ,was attended,all without waiting or requesting. All options I tried were delicious, however,My favorite foods here were the garlic tenderloin,Brazilian sausage and brazilian cheese rolls.If you visit the uptown area good place to try. Vegetarian options: full salad bar. Kid-friendliness: certain age kids eat free.

Kiara, our waitress was so sweet! She made our dinner even better! Even though she had a lot of tables, she went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Her personality was a huge plus! If you have the chance to have her as your waitress ask for her! Thank you again Kiara!!!

Dietary restrictions: After paying the upscale prices for this food, it was hard to believe a person with special dietary needs caused by cancer could not even get a to-go box. Shame on you! Parking: There's no excuse for the parking in downtown Birmingham, the best thing these guys could do would be run a Transit from parking to the restaurant

Great food and services. Definitely worthy money. Get the reservation so you have a faster seating. Enjoy!! Parking: Note: If events are going on in the area parking is tougher.
