A Chinese woman ripped me off and charge me $30, I bought 4 breads and all costs $2.50, and she said 5 for 4 dollars and I got 4 rice dumplings. So I will not recommend this place at all and never going back there.
I went in looking for Asain pastries and the wonderful woman asked if I liked Banh Mi. " Of course, I do!" it was the simplest but most delicious sandwich I have ever had. I regret not ordering two, because my son took half when I got home. Thank you!
Got several different baked bread items & mooncake, and they were all delicious Love knowing there is a great non-chain business I can purchase these types of sweets! And very reasonably priced - I got 4 items for $10.
Their bakery items are SO SO good and underrated. Prices are amazing and overall so much better than franchises like 85 or TLJ. My go to spot for Asian bakery items.
Every time I step into this bakery it gives me a very sweet nostalgia. Some things never change. Awesome spot if you're looking for a classic Texas Chinese Bakery taste and vibe.
Little mom and pop shop with very nice customer service. Would recommend
The cashier is so rude!!!!
Got there at 7PM but was closed?
Unlike many other Asian bakeries in Austin, this little shop sits in a corner in China Town, though dark inside in general the breads are okay, not as fresh. The curry beef pastry is the one I regretted, very salty, no beef taste at all, the salt even killed the curry flavor. I'd be very careful next time, if any, when selecting my choices.
This bakery offers various types of Taiwanese-style sweet and savory pastries that are very authentic, reminding me of my childhood! The variety is amazing, and I'm sure you can find something you like here. The prices are unbeatable! They also have pork buns infused with Vietnamese style, including boiled egg and sausage inside.
