Terry's Pizza

Bailey Cove is rude. Stay away. They totally screwed up our order. We made an online order and they didn’t get it right. The mgr argued with us and told me I wasn’t listening when my order was printed right in front him. He told me F-u while I was walking out. Gave us our money back in the end. So we still didn’t eat. We went elsewhere. A lifetime of memories of good food and service at Terry’s pizza all wasted. Won’t be back.

Apparently this is the "new" deep dish.!!! Discontinue it if you cant make it correctly. This is a joke and a disappointment. Especially when you pick it up and drive home 20 minutes to open the box and discover this. Always check your food before you leave. I included the "old" deep dish for reference. I am not going to give below a 3 because Terry's offers some good pizza, but if they continue this, it will destroy the restaurant.

Buffet was a joke. Cold and NO variety. NEVER BE BACK!

Amazing! I wanted to try something new, and I was shocked we I came across this place.

Came in town to see some friends.... I ordered a Chief Special- I ended up throwing it away....it did not look like any kind of pizza that I have ever eaten... I wasted $25 ...I am mad as hell! I will never make this mistake ever again! Do Huntsville a favor and close up permanently!

$32 for our pizza this evening. Wouldn't be a problem, however, it didn't taste like the Terry's Pizza my wife and I grew up on in the 70's. The home-made large fennel sausage, no longer. The large, thick canadian bacon, no more. Cheese? How much more can you use to cover up the lack of less than quality toppings which was not the Terry's of the past. Good luck, but we won't be ordering again.

Almost perfect calzone. Could have done without the sauce in it but this was my first time there. Otherwise it was good and I'll be back when I return to the area. As far as the inside it was clean and nicely decorated and employees were knowledgeable.

A buffet line without pizzas? A small pepperoni pizza that takes 25 minutes to make? One person working the kitchen at noon? A small plastic cup for wine? Seriously, Terry’s Pizza. We’ve given you numerous chances, and you’ve delivered more misses than you have hits. No wonder your restaurant had less than 10 customers on a beautiful Tuesday at lunchtime. If you can’t handle/keep up with a buffet line as well as individual orders, something needs to change. P.S. Burned crusts are not desirable, either. Nor are crusts that taste “store bought.” There are plenty of other pizza restaurants in Huntsville. You can do better...and so can we.

As a Life long resident of Huntsville and customer or the Original Terry's Pizza parlors I can honestly say " this ones got it right" . The pizza is made to taste as the original recipes intended and are made and cooked to perfection. Stephen and his staff at this location are the best . Treated with a warn friendly smile and they truly care about your dining experience. Clean Restaurant.

Atmosphere is okay. Pizza is okay. Customer service and employee attitudes are the worst I have seen in a while. Ordered 2 pizzas. One was brought out and when asked if the other would be here soon was told "should be". It was not. I had to ask 4 different people when we would get our food. One said she would check and never did. One said it would be a couple of minutes. It was not. One said "it's in the oven" and one said there was a mix up in the kitchen. That is something we also heard at 2 other nearby tables. Finally we were brought some bread sticks for our waiting and when I questioned something the manager said the server said never mind, they weren't too fond of him either. My first and last visit to Terrys.
