Ageing/Vinification: The hand-picked grapes thrive on the family owned hillsides, well exposed to the sun and coastal breezes. Harvest is immediately followed by soft pressing and “in bianco” vinification at controlled temperatures in stainless steel vats. No malolactic fermentation.
Alcohol: 12.5%
Description: Straw-yellow with notes of stone fruit on the nose following through to citrus and meadow flowers on the palate. Fresh, crisp and elegant in an effortless way; this is an exceptionally beautiful representation of the area.
Varietals: 85% Vermentino, 15% Viognier
Vinification/Ageing: fermentation and aging in steel tanks at a controlled temperature. After fermentation, the wine matures on its fine lees for 4 months.

Description: The winery is a pioneer in the production of Vermentino: their first bottling goes back to 1982. For this wine of large fragrance and generous flavour, they guarantee the “Cold Chain”, from the grape to the bottle. Exotic fruits and floral aromas. On the palate, sapid and full, with sweet notes on the end.
Varietals: Nerello Mascalese, Nerello Cappuccio and Nocera.
Vineyard: 250 to 300 m above sea level; oldest vines are 80 years old and planted in Alberello style, the younger are 10 years old, trained in espalier system; soil is a medium mixture characterized by layers of clay and tuff calcrete. No addition of chemical additives on the grapes.
Vinification/Ageing: maceration on the skins 12-18 hours, with fermentation in steel and 6 months ageing in steel and cement.
Alcohol: 12.5%
Description: Medium garnet with aromas of pomegranate, blood orange and damp forest floor. A palate balanced by dried herb flavours, this thirst-quenching rosato drinks like a red, with beautiful texture and depth. About 5000 bottles made.

Ageing/Vinification: 6-7 hours maceration on skins; fermentation in stainless steel with 3 month ageing on lees.

Description: A beautiful medium salmon colour with typical notes of black currant, ripe red fruit and a hint of spice. Fresh, sapid and wonderfully refreshing, this is an easy to pair rosato.
Varietals: 100% Barbera
Vinification/Ageing: Fermentation and maceration over 8-12 days in steel vats at controlled temperatures with indigenous yeasts. Aged for 18 months, half in large Slavonian cask and half in second and third passage tonneaux.
Alcohol: 15%
Description: From a cooler, classic vintage this Barbera shows a nose of fresh blue fruit with herbaceous notes. Dark red cherry, plum, mocha and spice. From a blend of three parcels, 20-25 year old vines.
