We got the Chicken Teriyaki Bowl and Salmon Bowl. The base prices are reasonable but I would not classify them as cheap. The taste of the food was great, and reasonable portions for the regular size option, albeit a bit more meat would have been better. One major complaint we had was the washroom was covered in poop (see pictures). This is the main reason why the rating is lower than it should be. Some minor complaints are that even after requesting to eat Dine-In instead of Take-Out, we got our order in a plastic bag with the food in takeout style plastic containers. Another complaint is charging extra for things like Spicy and Extra-Spicy comes across as penny pinching. The tables have spicy chili sauce to add spicy anyways.
Not great not terrible as one famously said.... The food's not bad. A little tastier Panda Express, I would say. A little pricey for what you actually get though... But pricing of this sort for "fast food" is pretty ubiquitous nowadays. Parking: I went on a regular weekday in the afternoon and there seemed to be lots of parking.
I was standing there for an eternity, a person that ordered after me left first....when I got there the girl at the cashier was "busy" on the phone and the other guy was "busy" counting money, so I decided to use the kiosk not to "bother them", and there I stood carrying my 2 year old toddler (just waiting), they named the girl after me and there was no one else in the place, but I was never named, after a long wait another order was left at the front bar, the very "busy" girl on the phone was still on the phone and decided to leave the counter to "clean tables", still with her phone stuck to her ear, the very "busy" guy was still very busy counting again and again the same money, so I move forward and ask if I can take a look at the receipt for the order on the counter and he drops everything and checks and says "it's not your", asks for my name and starts asking for my order which apparently has been waiting for eternity on the back counter, hands it to me (yes with the same bare hands that he was counting money with)
From the first bite I was hooked...I have tried 4 different choices so far and each dish did not fail...so there is no one favorite yet...Happy taste buds!!!
Bad: I thought this was fried chicken teriyaki as food court. But they grilled it, half of the chicken pieced was overcooked and burned. Orange chicken is even worse than Panda Express; and teriyaki sauce tastes like soy sauce. I was wonder why is this only 4.1 stars, but still want to try, now I knew why. Good: Nice service and well-built app.
Must go to spot. There was an older man there who was a worker. Checked on me and catered to me. So very sweet and respectful absolutely loved him. He made me want to come back he works so hard. Food very fresh, healthy and yummy! Vegetarian options: Lots of veggies and or protien substitute for the bowl type menu items Dietary restrictions: Halal Food Parking: Lots of spaces its a shopping center with a few restaurants. Kid-friendliness: Great family place Wheelchair accessibility: Absolutely
Great chicken bowls - I recommend the Terriyaki chicken or spicy Terriyaki chicken! The woman that works as a cashier seems very enthusiastic like a cinder block. Look no further if you want to dine in a fast food restaurant with disgruntled employees. Though it’s off putting, food is decent enough for me to come back once in a while.
