Chicken Terayaki with noodles was great. Definitely will return.

Very disappointed since I had a total different experience at the location on Pardise. Let’s start with the part that after placing my order, I got skipped and received it after the 3 people behind me ordered. Mind you these people weren’t picking up online orders, they were physically ordering after me. Now the food, the chicken we got was hard unchewable pieces, the portions were a rip off. We ordered the large bowls and got portions to small bowl. On top of that the portions to the protein were a joke. Next, a lady walked in with a lit cigarette and the employees didn’t tell her to leave, so it stunk up the restaurant. For the price I paid and experience I was given, I’d rather take my money and business to Panda Express or different location.

The cashier Marisela is extremely disrespectful, and her customer service is unsatisfactory. This is the second incident with Marisela she is always misinformed about offers. If you attempt to correct her or ask why she will argue with you and dismiss you as she did today by attempting to take the guest behind me in line. As I explained again to Marisela the BOGO was only available today. Marisela became frustrated and stated I needed to place an order or leave. Marisela's behavior is disgusting she needs training or removed from the front counter. Her demeanor is not friendly or welcoming. After placing the order online for pickup. While picking up the order the pick-up attendant asked for my name and released our food to us. Marisela runs from behind the counter assisting another guest to ask to see our confirmation number. I refused because the food was already placed into my possession why did she feel the need to leave from behind the counter assisting her guest to confirm my confirmation number after my name was confirmed? This infuriated me. After the terrible customer service, both of my orders were cold and nasty. The food & the customer service was completely disgusting and unsatisfactory.

My husband and I had an early lunch. I got tofu teriyaki, veggies with noodles reg bowl & my husband got beef teriyaki with add on of chicken teriyaki, veggies, with brown rice. They added extra beef not chicken. The guy that took our order knew my husband really wanted both. As we are eating the guy came over & gave my hubby extra chicken, & didn't charge us. Great customer service. Thank you Teriyaki Madness on Nellis & Charleston. My husband love teriyaki so we will be back ***Update***11/22/2023 Customer service sucks the store stinks it smells like mildew. The cashier (Marie) could barely speak English! Then another cashier (the manager)waited on 2 people & the cashier whom was taking out order was still taking our order. They are very nasty & rude. This place suck

The fried rice is pretty good the chicken breast could be a little less dry but overall it's okay
