Teriyaki Madness

Would never come to this location ever again! Don’t get me wrong, absolutely love the food but the service here is absolutely terrible! Was told to wait 10 minutes but waited 45 minutes instead. They lied about the fryer being down because of rush hour & did not tell people that they have a catering order ahead of the in-store/online orders that they haven’t started on yet. Also, I was not the only one waiting for that long, there were about 10 others that had the same problem. With so many cooks, I would expect better time management. As well as an apology or bowl upgrades. Highly disappointed in the service!

Great service, friendly people and awesome owner!

Daniel was left working alone, with a mess to clean up from the previous shift crew and he nailed our order in under 15 minutes with a ton of pick up orders on the line. Daniel whipped up 3 large teriyaki bowls and the chicken was perfectly seasoned, juicy and crispy. Their teriyaki sauce is solid, vegetables were fresh and crunchy and the fried rice was decent for the price, taste and service from Daniel it's a 10 out of 5. Give that man a raise thanks again.

Absolutely love their spicy orange chicken!!! The staff are always so friendly and make me want to come back time and time again! Savannah G. is so hardworking and helpful and just such a great face for this company!!

Had I known it would take 45 minutes to an hour for my in house order, and then another 30 minutes for my 2 to go orders that I placed at the same time, I would have not placed orders and found somewhere else. I get that your team is busy but I shouldn’t be sitting there waiting to be told only after asking 55 minutes later that there would be another wait for my food because you guys are so backed up in the kitchen. The cashier gave us some food vouchers but waiting nearly a full hour for food because it’s too busy and not being told that your crew is backed up makes me not want to return. I placed two bowls for the restaurant with a side order of crab Rangoons around 12:15 and it wasn’t until 12:50 did we receive our food and we had to wait longer for your cashier to drop our crab rangoon into the fryer. I’m so just so extremely disappointed in your service and not only did I have a bad experience but there were at least 5 other people in the restaurant who were not told we were behind about 10-15 delivery orders.
