Teriyaki Don

Spicy chicken really hard , ordered over the phone I pick up in person not ready the people walk in behind me and order and get the food ready and they are out the way waiting 30 min for my food and oh it’s been sitting on the shelf this place need better customer service not even an apology and then food is cold just not it ugggh!

Haven’t been here in years, and shouldn’t have gone. The food was just ok. Got a chicken bowl, husband had a chicken, beef and shrimp bowl. His chicken looked old and boiled instead of grilled. Every person that went up to get sauce, received it and walked away but my husband was charged. The bench seats are all ripped up and half the place doesn’t have tables anymore. Needs a major makeover.

Teriyaki chicken had good flavor and the rice was cooked perfectly. It did take longer than expected for take out. But overall food was good and my kids loved the California Sushi Rolls.

Horrible experience not once, but MULTIPLE occasions that have been spaced out by MONTHS. I decided to try this restaurant again because it's what I grew up with and I really wanted it to be a good experience so I can come back. Sadly, it wasn't. Once again, an extremely unorganized environment. People on staff are not taking their time with orders and they keep forgetting things within the order, whether it's a side salad, a sauce, or just a whole sushi roll. I literally stopped getting delivery from this place because of that but even with pick up IT DOESN'T MATTER. And when you go up to them to correct the mistake, you get attitude and nasty facial expressions, as if I'M the one who made the mistake. I just lost a family member yesterday and all I wanted was some familiar good comfort food and getting this "good" comfort food is always a horrible experience. After today, I will no longer go to this place. If you're just going for ONE BASIC meal, go for it. Anything more don't waste your time. And the salads I recieved were gross with OLD pieces, broken container, sushi was warm on the bottom even though I asked them to store it because they got it done before my pickup time. Do better.

The food here is good but they act like you’re walking in on a family potluck asking to buy the food off of them. The service is horrible I asked for a drink from behind the counter and the acted like I insulted their everything they believed in. It’s giving Romeo’s vibes.

Took my daughter out to eat or we thought. Order food at 3:27pm, we were told food will take about 10minutes. Okay, 10, 20, 30 minutes passed by. Nothing. I went to ask to see when our food will be ready. The girl went back looking all over the place for my food order. They had put it at the back of the line for whatever reason. She grabbed it and moved it to the front of all the other orders. She did not apologize whatsoever. She told me that the food order is taking longer to make because everyone went on their break but they just came back so our food should be ready soon. Okay? But why will everyone go to break at the same time during business hours? 10 minutes later, still no food. The family that order after us got their order before ours too! And their order was not small, it was for a family of 5. I went and asked for a refund. No apologize or anything, just told me that I got a refund and it will go back to my card. Terrible place. Went from being a 10 to a 1. Very disappointing. Been supporting this place for years. This is totally unacceptable . Drove 30 mins just to wait another 40 minutes. There was no seats available inside so me and my daughter was sitting outside in the cold for half the time as well. Should have went to McDonald's across the street would have gotten better services.
