Tequila Sunrise Mexican Restaurant

Great service, clean, bar area was tucked away which I liked. They didn’t skimp on their $2.99 margs either, which was the Monday special.

We ordered Fajitias and a chimichanga. Paid 20% tip for delivery as they have had a delivery van bring us our food. We didn’t get any of the fajitia chicken or shrimp or the sides to go in them. Called and basically they said “come and get it or get a credit”. Then the girl who was on the phone said she knows she put it in our bag. Our bag was sealed and since they have staffing issues, they used doordash! Thanks hostess who calls me a liar and I don’t lie so you have absolutely no customer service. I told them I have already paid for this and tipped nicely and need them to either deliver or they can have doordash bring it down since it’s their error. Talked to a manager and she said they can’t deliver the food nor do DoorDash so either I drive to get it or they credit me! Unbelievable. You’re gonna tell me no employee in the store has the DoorDash app and can expense it for reimbursement since it’s their failure? Never again! They just lost a very loyal customer and hopefully this reviews puts up red flags for others. Not doordashes fault their staff is obviously incompetent and it’s not doordashes mistake. Told the manager I would share this experience and to give me a credit and her response was “ok have a good night!” What happened to our world with customer service and people being accountable! Not even owning up they made the mistake? Come on. Sorry not sorry but you need to have your staff understand how to handle mistakes and in this situation, the customer was right and you failed miserably! Good bye Tequila Sunrise. You will be replaced by someone who deserves our business and treats us with respect!

I could be biased because I'm from California. I really wanted to give the food quality a four. When you walk in it smells like Chemicals. Which could be a good or bad thing. We noticed the B rating after we left the restaurant. The food was good but not great. They do provide great Portions of food. The drinks were excellent! Whatever you do don't try the queso dip with hamburger and the chips could've been more fresh. Willing to give the place one more try. As of right now will only give a 3star review

Our favorite Mexican restaurant. Good food good service. Try Jose Frog quesadilla. Sit outside when it's nice. Enjoyed Jose frog chimi. Very nice servers. Tender chicken

Excellent and fast service. Great price and a lot of food. I also loved the food pictures on the menu. I wish every restaurant would do this! First time visit from out of town, 5/5 highly recommend.

Tried taquitos this time and they were wonderful, the best I've ever had!
