One of the best mexican spots in the city! Reasonably priced, especially for north end standards, with a wide variety of options. Their tacos were authentic and delicious with the chips and guac complementing them perfectly. The guac was very fresh and definitely worth the price! A great spot to hit before a game at the garden or if you want to take a break from the Italian fair everyone else is going to. A tucked away gem that will be sure to reward the lucky passerby that stops in!
What a fun eatery! We enjoyed a burrito (asada con queso), three tacos (asada, chorizo, and suadero), and the chips with guacamole. Everything was yummy, but the chorizo and suadero tacos were our favorite. The restaurant is decorated simply but colorfully, and the dining area felt organized and clean. The staff was friendly and quickly prepared our food. We waited no longer than 10 minutes, but we also arrived during a lull in orders. Would recommend! :) Parking: Street parking is scarce and requires payment. Better if you can walk! Kid-friendliness: This restaurant is kid-friendly, but be mindful that it is a small space with everyone eating in somewhat close proximity.
It's a nice cozy little restaurant, their specialty is definitely the Tortas!!
Got a veggie Borrito the lady that made it was very nice even charged my phone and the Burrito was really good better than 95% of the places I've been around Boston and was $10 which is very fair
This place continues to get orders wrong. You are better off getting Chipotle.
Awesome place for some Mexican food in Boston. When it comes to tortas in Boston, choices are pretty limited, so this was a nice fine. The chips and guacamole are nice, and the salsa isn't bad. The torta campechana was nice, though next time I think I'll try the tenoch instead. The torta was a great size, and was wrapped nicely (so, easy to eat). The inside of the restaurant is on the small side, so while you might find a place to sit, you might need to go somewhere else to eat.
