TENDER steakhouse + lounge

I tried to get reservations for tender for about four days could never get a return phone call the phone just rang and rang. Finally through an employee that works at the front desk. I was able to make a reservation for Friday night. They only had availability early at 5:30 so we made a reservation for two. When we arrived to be seated, there was only three tables in the room that we were sat in. I realize there was at least three other dining areas. Lots of service help running around, but not very many customers. Appetizer I ordered the crabcake Joe ordered the lobster soup. The lobster soup was like Campbell’s cream of tomato cooked for three days brown in color and there could’ve been some lobster water in it and one half teaspoon of a piece of lobster meat. Not very good don’t recommend the crabcake. I would give it four stars I’ve had better, but this was not bad, the pickled vegetables did nothing for the crabcake. We ordered the bone in Tommy Hawk steak. It was cooked correctly, but it was full of gristle, not as flavorful as I’ve had before, and a little chewy. The steak came with three sides of sauces. One was a peppercorn, And a horseradish sauce in the last one was a Tarragon Bernese sauce. They were a nice compliment to the steak. Joe ordered the lobster Mac and it was very dry not very flavorful. I ordered the cheese grits and they were excellent. For dessert, we shared a piece of huckleberry cheesecake that was one of the best cheesecakes I’ve ever had. Our service was good the place mostly empty. I don’t understand why we couldn’t get a reservation for four days. Our bill came to $390 for two people, old fashion decor, which I do enjoy that it was beautiful inside with the woodwork and burgundy red tones. I called several times to speak to the hotel manager of the restaurants and never received a phone call back. I think they need to improve a few things. I know when I choose a hotel to stay at I look to see which restaurants are close and I would like to try. I think they need to improve the food in this motel.

Hidden gem. Best steaks I've had in Vegas. Beats the places in NYNY and Mandalay by a mile. (Honestly the joint in Tropicana is legit) I think it beats the place everyone tells you to go in Vegas. Staff is great. Had the Ribeye and the Wagyu and it was dope. Mashed potatoes and the creamy horseradish are beyond top notch. Current chef rivals the dudes at Delmonico's in NY. Cheesecake and raspberry sauce are made perfect. Most raspberry sauces are terrible like jelly. Also the least I've been beat over the head for a chunk of meat in Vegas.

I love the foid & the service. I just wish they would bring back the chocolate souffle. Wheelchair accessibility: The restarant is pretty accessible I use a powerchair & was able to maneuver around pretty well.

Never again. 1. Expensive compare at the vicinity. 2. Closed 2 days in a week! 3. Chicken was hardest ever, had a bad tummy the next day. Service was good and professional. Try out Citizens at Mandalay Bay instead best ambience, service and tasty food.

First time trying out Tender. We thought the ambiance felt classic old-school Vegas, but you can dress casually. Our server was friendly and attentive. Food came out really fast (almost unusually fast), and water topped off frequently. The four star rating was mostly the steaks. While premium priced, I tried the coffee rubbed New York steak. I did pick up a hint of coffee (mostly in the butter), but the steak just lacked seasoning. The prime rib (a special offering on Sundays) wasn't a medium rare as ordered, also seemed unseasoned, and seemed dry as no Au Jus was served with it. The baked potato was good and can be shared by two. We had a nice time overall and may have just been an off night with the beef.

Years ago, I was playing a slot machine just outside of this restaurant and told myself, "One day, you should eat here". Well, it finally happened. Needless to say, my wife and I were not disappointed. First of all, the food, service, and atmosphere were all more like 4.5 stars. I had the ribeye steak and my wife had the coffee rubbed New York steak. Both were excellent. Both were prepared to our liking. The crab cakes were very good as well as our wild mushrooms and onions and lobster mac and cheese sides. Unfortunately, we didn't have room for dessert, but all in all, a very satisfying meal. Service was on point, although, for life of me, I can't remember our server's name. What I do remember is that he was very personable and attentive. As far as atmosphere, it had a definite steak house vibe. I like the fact that it was well lit. I felt very comfortable there. Definitely give TENDER a shot. Definitely

Came for steak and they are out what kind of steakhouse is this a waste of time go somewhere else they got fancy menu online and when you get here it's sad it ruined my birthday and wasted my time

1. I made a 18:15 3person reservation at TENDER steakhouse + lounge restaurant on December 29, 14:45 in the afternoon same day 2. I went to their restaurant at around 6 and their staff receives us without asking is we had an reservation at all！after seeing the menue we decided to switch places so I cancel my reservation at 18:12 but I was been charged for 150USD due to their outageous 24-hours cancelation policy writtened super tiny during reservation!!!!! 3. I went back to their place immediately after notice that i was been charged（at about 18:15）and their staff said said she will report this to their manager and contact me to return the money so I leave my email and phone number 4. I seriously doubt that they are taking advantage of this irrational system to swindle money because after a week I still didn't hear from them and after checking their googlemap review I found out that a lot of people like me were getting ripped off by them and they didn't follow through on the refunds or answer the phone as promised. 5. Further more. I don’t think the cancelation affect a all to their place because there’s only a few people dine in that day
