My group of 8 came and dined here the first weekend of December 2023. We were seated promptly. The place has a family feel to it. There were other tables nearby with folks eating, but I never heard any of their conversation. Just our table's talking, eating, and drinking. A set of menus, one full menu and one for the noodle soup, were presented to us. Since they are known for their noodle soup, everyone at the table ordered each a bowl. With different options of noodles (udon, ramen, etc.), 3 types of broths, various meats, and plentiful vegetables, all the 8 bowls were filled with different items. My bowl of noodle soup was delicious!! On top of the noodle soup, I also ordered some a tea-boiled egg and cheese wonton. Although the egg was strangely tasted in my mouth, the cheese wonton was really good. The appetizer came out perfectly cooked and was crunchy and chewy at the same time. My favorite meal here was their "off the menu" French toast. This uniquely made dish had condensed milk in the middle with cocoa powder sprinkled on top and side. It was such a delight and satisfying when I went to cut it to share with the other 7 diners. What a treat it was when my mouth was screaming for more. I was in luck. Because most people were so full, I was able to eat another piece, and brought the extra piece home so my husband can try it. If you are going to Ten Seconds Yunnan Rice Noodles, I highly recommend one of your food items is the "off the menu" French toast. You'll have to make sure to save your stomach for it, because the item should be eaten at the restaurant for the effects: once you cut it & the dancing in your mouth! Parking: I've been to this location / shopping center a few times now. This not always easy to find parking spots, especially during the evening hours. However, for lunch on this day, the parking lot has plenty of spots. In fact, I was able to park right in front of the restaurant.
