Kind baristas, tasty Danishes, a lot of people on laptops. Work calls may not be appropriate due to conversational background noise.
Mexico coffee was brewed a bit weak. Went in to enjoy a pastry and we ended up with cold pastry as they have no small oven to warm it up. Bear claw was dry and 2 minutes in a warm oven would have helped it out tremendously. Overpriced shop for the product recieved. Next time we will find a locally owned non chain type of coffee shop.
I really liked this place. I used to go to the other Temple location off of Fair Oaks but it's super crowded. This one gets crowded too, but the layout of the long table and window seating allows for people to still get spaces to work, while the other location's smaller table layout, makes finding spaces to work more difficult. Customer service was great. The baristas were really nice and helpful in helping me choose my drink. I got the matcha sweetened which was ok, not as creamy and sweet as I'd like, but my friend got their seasonal apple cider chai latte and it was delicious. I'd definitely recommend this place, it has a great coffee place vibe. The guests I met were nice, I saw a good mix of students, young and old professionals, I got of a work vibe than a come let's socialize and or date vibe, however I also went around 6-close at 8pm so that may be it. The one downside is the close at 8pm, I would have wished they closed just a little later, like 9 or 10 like the other location, however it is still enough time for the 9-5 crew to get things done. Parking: Parking is not the best, there are like 5 spots in front of the location, but you can park in the residential areas, and walk a couple mins
