Tempest Charleston

Atmosphere was excellent, staff (especially our waitress and the head manager) were top shelf and the food...words can't describe. My crudo, grouper and the Some More dessert were all truly delightful.

The food was excellent. My wife and I both ordered the South Carolina Wagyu steak from the prix fixe menu which includes a small plate and dessert. The steaks were cooked and seasoned perfectly. I had the tuna as my appetizer and the portion was surprisingly large. Both desserts were excellent as well. The service staff was very attentive. I recommend this restaurant and would return.

We had the opportunity to have our sales team happy hour here and it was fabulous! The ambiance is just as amazing as the food, not to mention their staff. Highly suggest!

The thing about Tempest is that I keep coming back for more. I have been to this restaurant at least five times, if not more, since they opened. There are a lot of really good restaurants to choose from in Charleston so that says a lot. The food is always delicious and the ingredients are very well thought out. The desserts are also incredible, especially the s’mores dessert currently on the menu. I cannot recommend this gem enough.

We stopped in at Tempest after our dinner for an evening cocktail. The bartenders here are artists. Best cocktail you can get in Charleston. Everyone is very welcoming and super friendly. Enjoyed a great wine conversation with the GM Nic. Everything about our experience was great.
