Standard sushi-go-round fare. Reasonable prices, which is saying a lot these days. Good selection.

Decent for sure. Better food and way better prices than the robot place in Chandler.

Server focused on one area at time and get frustrated at us when asking questions about the food

My husband and I have been dining at this location for the past 5 years. We’ve tried all the other revolving sushi bars in the area and always come back to this location. We don’t even go to the Mesa location, which is technically not affiliated with the Tempe location. We always go Saturday nights and have the best time. The one gentleman server who is always there is the best, I feel so bad we don’t know his name, but he knows us as regulars and always stops by to say hello! Teharu is our go to for a feel good time and we always leave full. We will always be back! We love this location and their food!

I had A horrible experience. I took my best friend to a revolving sushi belt for the first time and it just so happened that Taharu sushi was the closest one to where we were at in the time… We got there about an hour and a half before closing, and as we decided to sit down about maybe 15 minutes into our dinner, they turn off the music lock the doors, except only to let out existing customers, but they were not allowing anybody in the restaurant and made us wrap up our dinner we literally only spent $20 between the both of us because that’s how quickly in and out we were. With more than an hour left for the restaurant to close and after hyping these places to my friend about the convenience of revolving sushi belts, it really disappointed, and it was so rude that we were kicked out of the restaurant because there weren’t “ Enough customers” But literally turned down three different parties of people to come in…. So upset. On top of that as we sat down, nobody let us know that they were closing early because of no customers, so it wasn’t until we were mouths full in that I had to ask based on my surroundings of what was going on… If the restaurant was closing, and the lady was so rude about it… Would not recommend!!
